★From the 2025 academic year, only first-year doctoral students will be eligible for the regular Category. Only those who enroll in April are eligible for the Spring Selection, and only those who enroll in October are eligible for the Autumn Selection.For details, please check the latest application guidelines that will be released in mid-late February.
