Come for the poster presentation and meet-up with students from the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT, on July 1!

The Division of Graduate Studies established a Short-Term Academic Research (KU-STAR) program. From May 17, we are hosting 18 students, including undergraduate and master’s students, from the Indian Institute of Technology: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati and IIT Kharagpur, which are the top universities in India.

Towards the end of this program, on July 1, we will have a poster presentation session and general presentation at the foyer and symposium hall of the International Science Innovation Building.  Please join us for this wonderful opportunity to meet up with the energetic and talented IIT students, and find out more about their research at Kyoto University. Shimadzu Corporation and Fujitsu Limited will also join this event so that you can utilize this opportunity to build networks with them for further joint research or future careers.

The majors of KU-STAR Program’s students are Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Energy Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Biosciences and Bioengineering, Agricultural and Food Engineering, and Humanities and Social Science.
