・令和5年度において、「大学院教育支援機構プログラム」及び「科学技術イノベーション創出フェローシップ事業」における採用学生全員に対し、授業料の全額免除の措置を講ずることが会議の場で、正式に決定されました。

・令和６年度の授業料免除は未定です。

・採用が決定している方については、手続きなど詳細を、本人宛にメール通知しましたのでご確認ください。

令和5年度（2023年度）4月採用の通常枠に申請される方については、次のとおり手続きしてください。

必ず期日中に、令和5年度前期の授業料免除を申請（１次申請及び2次申請）してください。

　また、授業料免除の２次申請時には、願書に署名の上、願書のみを２次申請期限内にご提出ください。

　但し、京都大学独自の授業料免除に申請を希望される場合で、万が一、当該事業に採用されなかった際は、その他の課税証明書などの必要書類を求めます。速やかに必要書類を学生課奨学掛に提出できるようご準備ください。

　なお、当該事業に採用された者については、令和５年度前期及び後期分の授業料を全額免除とします。（令和５年度後期については、授業料免除申請をしていただく必要はございません。）

但し、当該事業の支給取消（申請資格喪失・辞退 等）が発生した場合は、後期分の授業料の免除対象とはなりません。

Those who applied for Regular category for AY 2023 must submit an application for tuition exemption for the first semester of AY 2023 before the deadline (step 1 and step 2).

In addition, for step 2 of the application for tuition exemption, please submit the application form only with your signature included.

However, if you wish to apply under Kyoto University’s independent tuition exemption procedure and you were not selected for the programs, you will need to submit other documents such as taxation certificates. Please prepare these documents so that you can submit them promptly to the person in charge of scholarships at the Student Affairs Division.

Those who are selected for the programs will be granted full exemption of tuition for both semesters in AY 2023. (There is no need to apply for tuition exemption for the second semester of AY 2023.)

However, in the event of cancellation of payment for the above program (loss of eligibility, withdrawal, etc.), you will not be eligible for tuition exemption for the second semester.
